We're back! Sorry about the long period of being MIA, both founders of this club ran into some intense and troubling times in our personal lives, and we had to straighten them out. I (Vailiya) will try to be back as often as I can to check the club. I'm currently in the process of both hunting for a new job and moving out of my parents' house, so have faith. If I don't answer you immediately, don't worry, I will soon!

One of our members raises a concern about our submissions gallery, and suggested that we purchase a subscription so that we can post thumbnails of our artwork. I personally cannot afford to purchase a second subcription for the club, so my offer is this: either I can use a journal entry on my personal account and give you guys a link to it, or we can figure out a way to fund the club subscription together. Does anyone have any thoughts? Please leave a comment about it, I'd like to hear everyone's input on this!





Contest #1
Theme: "Gratefulness". This means that, through either visual art, prose, or poetry, you [the Harem Girl], must express Squall interacting with or considering whatever it is you feel he is most grateful for. Squall can be grateful for anyone or anything or any idea [concept of love, freedom, angst, whatever]. Take a serious route and have him being grateful for Rinoa, or go for comedy and have him being thankful for his many, many belts.

Rules:
Creation must be your own and original for this contest.
Joint entries will be accepted as long as credit is given where due.
Voting for the winner will be open to all Harem Girls.
Deadline: The deadline is three entries. When I get the third, I will give everyone a week to contact me if they are working on additional entries. If there are any coming I'll hold the contest for a couple weeks and let them finish. Otherwise, voting will begin!

**BTW, you can volunteer to be on the Festival committee, which is in charge of contests and events held by the club. And even without being part of the committee you can always suggest anything to us. Just send a note!
